Original rental price was a good value. But the inflated charges for scratches on an already damaged watercraft was too much. The jet ski I rented was previously crashed and had many many scrapes and ..

Original rental price was a good value. But the inflated charges for scratches on an already damaged watercraft was too much. The jet ski I rented was previously crashed and had many many scrapes and scratches so I did I not agree with paying double for repairs and repainting. Especially since it was evident that the owner does repair anything

Once we were on Winfield way the building was not obvious and having to call and wait versus driving to a building to pick it up is a little unusual. The trailer did not have a jack on the front of it..

Once we were on Winfield way the building was not obvious and having to call and wait versus driving to a building to pick it up is a little unusual. The trailer did not have a jack on the front of it and the wheel was too small on the front of the trailer and it was impossible to lift the trailer off of the vehicle once at home. I don’t know how the attendant lifted the trailer on and off of the hitch in front of us because with three of us we still could not lift the trailer off of the hitch and we had to leave the trailer stuck to the car until drop off. It would be more helpful if the trailer had a Jack wheel that was higher.
